Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was not ideal, with issues like the lack of tea and coffee facilities and unwelcoming front desk staff. However, the service throughout the stay was fantastic, with helpful and friendly staff, despite occasional privacy concerns. The location was superb, near major museums and transportation hubs, though the heating was limited. The dining experience was overpriced for what was provided, and some details were misleading. Additional Details: Clean, friendly staff, great location, overpriced dining.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were big and very clean with amazingly soft beds that made sleep easy. While my room was on the 3rd floor and a bit smallish, it was quite clean and bright with LED lights, which I liked. The service was top-notch with very nice and accommodating staff. The location was why I chose this place – perfect for exploring Prado, Park Retiro, and shopping areas like Calle Serrano. The dining experience was so good with lots of choices, although a bit expensive. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic amenities!
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms weren't as good as I expected, with some noise issues and limited space for luggage. On the bright side, the staff was very helpful when I had car troubles in the underground parking. The location was fantastic for visiting museums and attractions, but the in-house restaurant didn't live up to its descriptions.
The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, and the staff at the reception are helpful. However, the room's view overlooks a wall, making it feel cramped despite cleanliness. Noise from the corridor and above can be disruptive at times.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a large bed, and surprisingly soundproof. The view might have been missing, but the tranquility made up for it. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions like the Prado Museum and Atocha Station. The dining options, especially with plant-based milk choices, were fantastic, though a bit on the pricey side. The service was mostly cheerful and professional, with the staff readily assisting with city-related questions.
The hotel offers modern and clean rooms with a great shower but sometimes smelled like cigarettes and experienced noise from street traffic at night. Overall, it is suitable for comfort stays.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms had a lovely courtyard view and were very quiet, clean, and well-appointed. However, there wasn't much space for luggage, and amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and an electric kettle were missing.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major museums and attractions, making it an ideal choice for sightseeing. Although the rooms are clean and nicely furnished, some noise from the street can be a bit disruptive in the mornings. The service was mixed but improved over time, while the dining options were good but slightly pricey. The location is a major strength, and the hotel offers decent value for the money overall.
The hotel is perfectly situated near Royal Botanic Garden and the main street, providing comfy and well-furnished rooms. Although a bit noisy in the morning, I felt like I was accommodated in a superior room.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right by the train station and easy to reach. The rooms were comfortable and even had a safe. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Marce, who went above and beyond. The dining options were varied and satisfying. However, the road noise was a bit bothersome at times.
The hotel rooms are dated and uncomfortable with a view of a brick wall and no kettle for hot water or coffee making facilities, but the bathroom is spacious with good toiletries. The service is mixed with some staff being clueless about directions while others are professional and extremely helpful when needed. The location is excellent for museum visits and close to the center of Madrid, though it lacks some attraction or restaurant connectivity. The dining options offer a good variety including plant-based milk alternatives, but breakfast may not be included. Overall, there are ups and downs in this hotel, but it could be a convenient stopover choice in Madrid.
